    “Early journaling”

This app offers opportunities to express and communicate thoughts and feelings with images, colors, words and all of the necessary tools. Kids can choose from five guided journals and create their own pages with stickers, crayons, paint and more. An excellent early learning social skill, creativity, and literacy tool.

“Making a journal to help young children think about feelings”

While the actual Fred Rogers appears nowhere on this app, his spirit is all over it. Young children are encouraged to use a three page journal to describe something important to them (there are five options available) and describe how it makes them feel. A painting and drawing page is also included for youngsters to design a cover.

Family Activities

Discuss learners journaling of thoughts, feelings, and creativity of the guided journal pages or the individually created pages. Great opportunities for discussion and early learning strategies.

Because this app is designed for the youngest of users, it might be a child's first experience with technology of this sort. Completing journals with the help of a parent will help in terms of talking through the pictures, directions, options, and content, and also discovering how to manipulate the device.
